redBERRY’s is rooted in some of Troy’s own history. Because of our sister town's annual strawberry festival and love for strawberries, redBERRY’s name is an honor to the town it resides in. Not only is the name of the restaurant a play on words, but the delicious redBERRY jam is a yummy strawberry jam that leaves your mouth watering and your eyes misty with Summer nostalgia. That being said, everything on the Egg Classic plate is a perfect mix of classic and a little bit of spice. At the risk of being too literal, if you choose sausage over bacon, enjoy the unique touch of rosemary in every bite. The red potatoes are also packed full of flavor with crispy skins coated in seasonings.

The Egg Classic is not only the perfect protein-fueled meal to kickstart your day but also just one of the many delicious Items on the menu.
